Letter from the President
Almost 15 years ago I had a vision. It was of a vegan world. Being the marketer and capitalistic pig that I am (I mean no disrespect to the intelligent and cute four-legged variety), I immediately set up a company called VeganWorld. But this was to be a company that makes a difference.
We at VeganWorld believe our function is to foster friendships and partnerships, because what is good for one is good for all. We know that the planet is in grave peril, and yet we maintain that Planet Earth can one day be home to all sentient creatures living in peace and harmony. (No, we are not hippies.)
Some of us call it a gift, and some of us call it a responsibility, but we all agree that being the caretakers of the planet and providing service to all who reside here is the meaning of life. Each of us being different and appreciating the differences, the strong serving the weak and the voices speaking for the benefit of the voiceless. VeganWorld is all this and more.
The VeganWorld Ezine is a source of valuable and easily assimilated information on the many issues facing our civilization. This electronic magazine is all about partnerships with writers, media, organizations and readers. It is about filling the needs and wants of all who participate, collecting and publishing the information that matters.
